Terrible hair cut by VANESSA WHITE I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received. The stylist showed little willingness to work and had a negative attitude. Even though I clearly explained how I wanted my son’s haircut, he did not follow my instructions and cut it his own way. The result was neither satisfactory nor professional.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had, especially as a parent of a child with special needs. Robin was rude, impatient, and made a completely inappropriate and discriminatory comment about my son, saying he “can’t follow simple directions because he has a disability.” No professional working with children should ever speak that way, and it was heartbreaking to hear someone reduce my child to a stereotype instead of showing basic kindness or understanding. Despite clearly explaining what we wanted and providing a photo, she ignored our instructions and cut far more hair off than requested. We are so thankful we found Ms. Anne! She is so sweet to my girls and they look forward to seeing her and getting their hair cut. My 6 year old says she “makes the best hair cuts and the best braids!”

We have been coming here since 2021 with my son & our favorite stylist is Mohankala! Very early on she learned what worked for my son, his favorite show & each time she remembers his preference on his haircut and the toys he plays with during his cut. She has such an eye to detail and is quick! 10/10 recommend her

Came for baby’s first haircut. My son is 13 months old with fine very blonde hair we just needed trimmed. A friend recommended this place but suggested to book with Ellie, she wasn’t available. So we booked with Erica at 11:30am. Arrived at 11:28 to a few waiting parents and babies. A woman was at the front (Francisca Contreas- per her photo on the website) I politely informed her of our appointment and asked if Erica was available yet she was very cold and rude responding “maybe“ and signed us in quickly on the computer under “next available-anyone 57min wait““ and says sit down for a little wait. I explained again, no we have an appointment at 11:30 with Erica that made ahead online last night, I offered to show her the confirmation text. Again she says “maybe“ dismissively and clearly
