I was so excited at first when my coworker recommended this place. Saturday was my first time trying this salon, and it was extremely frustrating. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon to find the salon completely closed, with no notice—while both neighboring businesses were open. I had called three times the day before knowing weather conditions may change things and left a voicemail asking whether they would be open, but no one bothered to respond. Wasting my time like this shows a serious lack of care for clients.

Carter is by far the very best in the industry for color and also for extensions! Have had extensions with him for 10 years and my hair underneath is very healthy. I have dark hair and he figures out how to hi-light looking natural!

Carter is a master artisan with hair! His expertise with color techniques always make me feel like $1 million. He is quick, professional, and a perfectionist. Highly recommend.
