It took me 10 months to finally find a barber in Ohio who can really fade — coming from Detroit, that says everything. Victor at Carillo’s Barber Lounge absolutely nailed it. Clean fade, perfect blend into the beard, and he actually understands beard density and growth patterns instead of just chopping it down. He explained what he was doing, showed me in the mirror, and set the beard line where it’ll fill in properly over time, not just look sharp for one day. The shop has a great vibe, professional but relaxed, and you can tell Victor takes real pride in his work. No rushing, no ego, just attention to detail and skill. If you’re picky about fades, beards, or you’re coming from a city with high barber standards — this is the place. I’m locked in as a regular now. Highly recommend.

I met Victor at Walmart while high on that zaza, and he gave me his business card for his new barber shop. It was like a blessing from barber heaven. Him and Jared were flexible and worked wonders on my hairstyle. My wife even said I was getting lucky tonight, HIGHLY RECOMMEND , especially if you’re latino and got that thick hair. Good conversations and nice place. I would try to get a spot before they’re filled up for all of 2026. Definitely will be returning. I even got a fresh hot towel for my beard trim, definitely recommend getting one in this weather.

We had the BEST experience! They gladly squeezed my three boys for fresh cuts before the holidays. The environment was positive, clean establishment, and the staff was very friendly. The cuts my three boys received were just as wonderful! We’ll be going back! Findlay, if you haven’t tried this new barber- I recommend that you do!

Jared has been my son‘s barber for a while now! We drive 45 minutes to have an always guaranteed, great experience. He is four years old and Jared is so patient with him, even if he gets a little bit wiggly at times. My son said the best part is “the cutting” but his “really favorite part” is getting a sucker at the end!! The shop is very clean and easily accessible. There was fun, light hearted conversation to pass the time. Highly recommend!
