I went to Carolyn Skincare Medspa for a full Brazilian laser hair removal. She was excited about her new laser machine that promised hair removal with less pain than a traditional laser - the YAG 1064nm. If she tries to sell you this service, be aware that it doesn't work, especially in this area. Not only for myself, but also for a friend that had the same service with her, in the same location, also with no results. Carolyn was not fully knowledgeable about this machine at the time of our service and we were both treated improperly for over a year. I paid $1,200 for the service that led to absolutely no results, no changes, except pain and lost time. When I asked for a refund, she refused, offered me a credit and then rebuked the credit the next day. After sharing she paid over $3,000 ea
