Carol's Nail Salon

Disappointed- every time I get a new set, one - two nails break before I even need a fill. I got a new set less than two weeks ago and not one, not two, but four nails broke. I called to set an appointment to fix them and they wouldn’t take me in until Saturday (2 days later) I wanted them fixed before the holiday weekend! They should have accommodated me but nail salons don’t care about costumer service.

I'm a regular here but recently I've been getting their gel nails which was a disappointment. It didn't last as long as I expected but I was ok since it last thru the event I need to attend. My last visit was a disaster, it started to peel on the 4th day. I was out of town that wk so I called around to get it fix, which turned out the salon had to redo all the nails for me and told me they never seen it popping out like that. Since then I went to somewhere else and the nails lasted 3+ wks which I couldn't believe how much I've been wasting money at Carol's

I had such a lovely experience here. The ladies treated me so well when I came for a walk-in manicure and pedicure. It was so relaxing and quiet in there. The ladies spent so much time on my mani and pedi I felt like they really took their time to make them look great. I’ve been to SO many nail salons in LA and this one is so laid back and quality. I sometimes feel stressed out at nail salons because I feel rushed but not here. Will def be back!!!

They are accommodating and make customers feel comfortable. At times they're behind, especially Friday, so there can be a wait. They do a great job with gel. They've recently added spa pedicures. Their prices are competitive in comparison to other nails salons nearby.

Carol, Dina, Amy and Cindy have either done my toes, nails or eyebrows and all of them are so nice and so good at what they do. The place is clean and never too busy. I love the massage chairs while getting my toes done and prices are fair.
