Initially went in to ask if they were hiring, this Store is TEA very impressed by all of what they have. Plenty of Black Girl products, in there which I love. Definitely recommend. Staff friendly, respectful and helpful even with each other. God Bless.

I do give the young ladies who work there FIVE Stars. However, there was a man who did not identify himself BEFORE he rudely interrupted one of the female employees who was in the middle of helping me get a wig, which I had already selected. He was asking her to go finish what he asked her to do. And he did NOT care if she was helping me! This man was the RUDEST person in a business that I have ever encountered in the year that I have been in Desert Hot Springs! He began to argue with me, but I had to ask him to stop, and I really had to ignore him. I feel badly for the employees who work with this horrible human. I will not be going to this shop EVER AGAIN!

This place sold me not one, not two, but three bundles of bad hair all claiming to be 💯 human hair with a price range of $300 - $500. I was refunded for 2 purchases but not before the owner gave me a hard time stating and I quote "My expectations of the hair were too high" keep in mind the hair was not worn more than 3 days in the pictures. Also they referred me to a gal for a weave that was a disaster on top of the bad hair.

great selection of wigs, synthetic and human hair, fantastic customer service Sinai was lovely in working with me and my partner to find 2 curly synthetic wigs. Sinai gave me options that actually fit my description, gave her opinion when i felt unsure (which was greatly appreciated!) she swears my partner will be in for a wig next, and i hope she's right :D the space is a bit tight, but they have so much product, you'll find what you need i'm sure. i am super picky and found several more curly styles i love! edit: chopped one of the wigs up and can't wait to show him off >: )
