Wonderful treatment for a painful tooth requiring extraction. Great location with elevator access. Clean well equipped. Thoughtful compassionate staff. Dr. Booth's bedside manner was reassuring and I felt comfortable during a complicated extraction. I appreciate being referred by Dr. Zambrowski to this office.

Excellent care and communication! Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery provided a great experience from start to finish. The team at the Porter's Neck location was kind and professional. My dental assistant, Erika, and Dr. Booth did a wonderful job explaining everything that would take place, reviewed my X-rays with me, and even showed me the tooth after the extraction. They made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. I also appreciate that they were able to move up my surgery appointment by getting me worked in at this location. Now it’s time to heal. Thank you for the great care!

Updated 11/21/2025 They still have not refunded our insurance company for the erroneous charge and do not return phone calls. Will be reporting fraud to NCDOI. Medical staff, doctor and procedure was fine. Billing and office staff extremely deficient. Billed my husband and me for the same procedure even though my husband wasn't even a patient. Tried to resolve, wouldn't let me talk to billing because they were "remote". Said would t be resolved for weeks?! It has been a month, no answer to phone or call backs after messages. Will never go back.

To Dr. Bufalini and your staff I just want to start off by saying great job today. On a day like today I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, and between you and your staff you guys really outdid yourselves by making sure I was comfortable from the moment I checked in. I had my procedure done at your Wilmington office and it was amazing. Between the reassurances I was getting from your assistant and you yourself I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my surgery. I want to genuinely say THANK YOU so so much for a wonderful experience and taking such good care of me during my visit. I will be recommending you to my friends should they need any or future work done, and if I can say to the next person who may need to have their wisdom teeth extracted or any work done for that matter,

I was really nervous after my dentist referred my to have the white lesions examined . But the office staff were friendly as was the assistant The Doctor examined my mouth explaining what he was seeing & what he wanted to do. The following visit was just as positive. Even though it was uncomfortable to have them removed. I felt no actual pain. The assistant explained my after care do's & don't . I received a call just to check on me. Which I appreciated my results will be back in a wk. I highly recommend them if you need any oral surgery
