Whoever the owners are they need to watch their store before they don’t have a store! I checked out with my debit card and the girl said it didn’t work. She asked to try credit, we tried and she said it declined. I told her it shouldn’t be declining because I have money on my card. She didn’t care and I told her I was leaving to go to a different store to get the same products and she said OK! Didn’t call a manager or try to find a solution. Less than 30 minutes later, I got the same exact products using the same card with no issue. People need to start praying for good help because the enemy will destroy your business if you don’t. Satan is busy! Jesus love you

Huge selection of beauty products and wigs. I would’ve given a 5 star rating, however, there is a lack of customer service. No one greeted us when we came in. It’s hard to find certain brands and there were no customer service representatives asking if we needed help. When we did ask the lady at the check out about a certain product, she seemed unresponsive and not sure. Not much help.

Purchased a hair dryer that burned and melted and could have caught fire to my home etc. Clearly a manufacturer defect. I returned the item with receipt in hand and they would only allow me to exchange or store credit. I could understand if I just didn’t want something but for a product that could have created so much damage and nearly caught fire, you should provide a refund. I will not patronize this business anymore.

OVERPRICED LIKE HELL ! Compare your prices to tisun or any other beauty supply store. You will see. A simple eyelashes glue can run u about 8 dollars when at tisun they're 3 to 5 depending on which brand

I gave two stars bc they are open. I literally walked around the whole store. I saw two brands Of crochet hair, the first one is Lulutress and Maya. This It’s interesting why everyone goes to Amazon or private sellers but this ain’t the cap when I walked to the wig section the guy act like he couldn’t understand my English I asked for a specific color per type wig and he did like a little scan over the area that I was standing in And said oh no, we don’t have any in the back. So tell me why he continued to stand right beside me as I was looking through the rest of the collection of wigs this made me uncomfortable. I left please people keep in mind do your homework first Not every public business wants you to take your time or ask them questions for more stock, it’s dusty and overpriced f
