I only trust Savannah with my hair. I like to keep things pretty unique with my colors, and she ALWAYS understands the assignment! I also love that she has really great style ideas for me as well. She's very creative, very helpful, and everyone there is always friendly, and welcoming. No pretense here! Just good people. I also genuinely appreciate Susie, who's actually put me to sleep with her relaxing shampoos! I recommend Carol Cole Salon & Spa to EVERYONE!

Wow! I recently decided to stop covering my gray but was unhappy with the obvious transition from dark brown to gray. Then Carol stepped in to help. AMAZING! Everyone who has seen my new look uses the word "Fabulous." Not only friends and family but colleagues and people who I see only occasionally have made it a point to come tell me that my hair looks fabulous. I am convinced this incredible response to this transition was possible only due to Carol's skill and commitment to her clients. Carol Cole Salon and Spa is the best. Ever.

Carol is by far my favorite hair dresser I have been to! She has amazing attention to detail and really treats you like a star. I have gotten, my hair cut with Carol three times now and each time I am impressed by Carols ability to work with my hair. With my last hair cut Carol helped me donate my hair. She have me a cute short cut that works great with my lazy way of styling my own hair. She really gave me confidence to pull off a short cut too. Carol makes your hair work for you, THANK YOU Carol!

Since the pandemic began I have hesitated to visit a salon for my monthly cut & style which is very precise and asymmetrical.  My at home attempts were ok but not fantastic. We recently moved to Newark De and figured it was time to find a new stylist. Over the years I have been disappointed when visiting trendy, overpriced salons where the stylists and staff had "attitudes" and frequently messed up my cut. Most people have a few horror stories. I did a google search and Carol Cole  Salon in Newark, DE came up high on the first page and she had great reviews...the website looked trendy,  simple and she looked nice & friendly. I took a chance, called and the receptionist was professional & accommodating and managed to get an appointment for the next day. I started to feel very comfortable. T

Today was my first time at the salon. I was scheduled for a lash lift and tint. It was my very first time ever doing anything with my lashes so I was very excited to be at Carol Cole salon and spa. The salon itself looks fabulous! It’s clean, modern, and extremely beautiful! Dahlia was phenomenal, she did an excellent job! I can not wait to tell everyone who did my Lash lift! The only negative thing I need to address is the receptionist. She was cold, uninviting and I felt scolded when I arrived because I didn’t see the hand sanitizing station that was off to the right, out of view when first entering the salon. (There should also have been hand sanitizer on the reception desk) I was hoping that when checking out, I’d have a better experience with the receptionist but I didn’t. She was sti
