Two years ago, someone introduced me to this salon and it was the decision ever!!! Before Carmen, I used to never take care of my natural hair. She not only does a great job but she teaches me proper hair and scalp care. She is a great educator and a phenomenal professional! Carmen is the only person that touches my hair. I’ve even cut and bleached my hair and still remains strong. BOOK HER! You won’t regret it!

Horrible! Don’t ever get your hair done here. They have destroyed my hair after one visit. Heat damage everywhere. Curls will not revert (Ps my hair is natural no chemicals no color no damage prior to visit) I came in for a press and trim to prevent split ends. I only straighten my hair to cut my ends. I have given the owner ampule time to rectify this situation. No solution was provided just excuses. I have been to the shop twice for a solution and texted. I have been patient and polite. My hair will not revert or curl. I can no longer were my hair natural. It’s been a month and 1/2 no treatment has worked. My hair is ruined and I am very unhappy. I have spent an additional $400 on treatments. Do not come here!!!! Before and after pic shown. I just started my hair journey over last year

Over the past 2 weeks I have damaged my own hair by doing various things such as perms and dye. Today I went to visit Mrs.Carmen for my birthday and I dont regret the drive at all. I highly recommend her. She gave me a wonderful haircut that i absolutely love. She is professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I have found a stylist that I will commit too. 10 stars and beyond.

Carmen is great ! Not only is she kind but very educational on how to keep your hair healthy. I’ve been to her a couple of times now and will continue coming back. Great salon and very clean!
