Carmencita's Salon NY

My sister and I got haircuts here about a week ago and I can’t recommend Carmencita enough! She was so attentive to the both of us, she would check in if we were ok with the length and if we wanted adjustments (shorter? More layers?, etc.). Even at the end when she styled my hair she asked if I liked the length of my bangs as I said earlier I wasn’t sure if I wanted it shorter. She didn’t mind making the adjustment and making sure that I loved it. My sister and I felt so beautiful leaving the salon and I would definitely come back. Keep in mind it’s just Carmencita that’s here so be patient if there are other people ahead of you and make sure you are canceling/rescheduling with enough notice. I love that it’s just her so you get one on one attention.

Carmencita is great, she works with you and tells you the truth when it comes to hair color. Sometimes styles or colors we see in pics can't be achieved in one session and she'll be honest and tell you so your hair wont get damaged. Quiet and comfortable environment. This is my first experience, I got a haircut and she is definitely the best. I love that she is professional, honest and definitely she cares about you and your hair. I totally recommend it and I will definitely come back :) I am happy to find professionals like her and I value a lot when a person has values and cares about you more than money.

Carmen is a highly professional hair stylist & she takes her time working with your hair and is honest and a lovely person who gives individual care and works to bring your hair back to health. I highly recommend her.

Perfect salon for a quick, quality, and inexpensive cut! I was serviced very quickly and kindly and would definitely return if I need a similar service! I got a wash, cut and blow out and it was amazing. Loved the experience I received!
