During my appointment with technician Gladses, she cut my cuticles multiple times and put acrylic on the raw skin. The quality of her work was horrible; the nails were thick and uneven, and she was unable to execute the requested nail art correctly. When I requested a fix, the technician became openly rude. I later confirmed with another salon that my cuticles were very damaged. I had to pay for a full redo elsewhere.

After three days my nails are falling apart, even though I have been there before, I tried a new girl and she definitely doesn't know what she is doing, too much acrylic in my nails, I had to go back the next day because my cuticles were hurting because of all of the acrylic

I called a head of time to ask how much is a gel manicure and she told me 35 plus extra $5 for soak off. I get there showed her what I wanted which was all black gel manicure and only one finger design. Somehow she wanted to now charge me $56! I’m like that’s impossible and way too much just for a simple gel manicure. They kept bickering with me on how I wanted to pay before my service and her excuse was “ because she might change the price” like what do you mean change the price? Anyways, terrible customer service. I felt like I was being robbed for my money !!

My Nails Was Literally Just Done Yesterday. Paid $82 Dollars For A GEL Pedicure &Manicure Set Plus “COFFEN” Acrylic Tips. Around 2PM - Almost 5PM. This Would Have Been A Great Review And Might Have Even Referred This Place IF My Nails Were Properly Filed And Painted. This Is What Makes BAD BUSINESS! When Your Doing Nails, You Should Be Completely FOCUS On Your Customer. NOT Being Distracted By Talking On A Phone Call, Unless Your A Professional Which Clearly The Other Lady Wasn’t. My Nails Shouldn’t Be Chipping Away LESS THAN 24 HOURS.!!! Like I Said, I Love How They Came Out.. But Until I Finally Realized My Nails Were Painted Incorrect, It Was Too Go In &Fix Them.

This room the worst to make your nails I do not recommend or joke. Since you enter the ladies if you can call them they look at you from head to toe, they talk to each other and then despotically and without wanting to tell you what to do? because they were entertained making their nails between them !! among them they talk to whom it is up to me to do my nails I stay waiting and very rude one of them tells me to go with her and they tell me that she does not have the material to do to me what better makes me new, very reluctantly! and without professionalism grabs the machine and cuts me to the side of the nail bleeding very ugly I get a powder and my finger hurt so much that with the acetone was worse then I decide not to do my nails with people like these charge me 5 to take them away a
