Carmen Beauty Nails

1 STAR DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNSANITARY This salon is a complete disaster, and the main stylist Carmen is the biggest problem. She never has any clients, and after dealing with her attitude, it’s very clear why. She comes into work with a nasty, stinking attitude, miserable, rude, and unhappy. No greeting, no apology for being late just negative energy the moment she walked in. If you hate your life, don’t bring that mess to your job. There was zero communication. I called at 9am — no answer. Called again and was told the salon opens at 11. When I arrived, Carmen wasn’t even there. The worker washing hair couldn’t tell me where she was or when she would show up. There was a language barrier since I speak English and the staff spoke Spanish, which made the situation even worse.

Love my nails. She took her time ( seemed a bit long) but I had time to waist and of course the job was done way better. I’m not going back to 125th lol not as long as I can make it to the Bronx. Thank you ❤️

I went without an appointment and there was only 1 woman working with one woman drying her hair. I wanted to tint my beard and the lady told me I would have to wait a while because she was on the phone. I waited for about 20 minutes and I overheard her tell the person on the line to “take their time - she was in no rush.” Customer service was lacking and was honestly disrespectful not being considerate of a potential client’s time.

Si pudiera dar menos de una lo hiciera fui a este lugar la chica me pregunto que si quería alguien que me la hiciera le dije que si la señora respodio que se quedé ay esperando no se la are comenzaron a reir todas esto no fue nada comodo yo la Escuche y respondi voy hacer lo posible para dar con los dueños no es la primera vez que voy comienza a reír como burla
