I had an amazing experience for my first time at this salon! Carmen was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The wait time was super short, and she really listened to what I wanted while also giving great suggestions. She was super attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. I was looking for a good hair salon near me and i came across Carmen's. I walked and and was welcomed by Carmen. The store was very clean. Carmen did a great job with my color and highlights. I will be going back there for sure.

I literally googled the best hair salon to go to in the Bronx and this hair salon was one of the ones with the most stars and best reviews so I took a chance and Uber myself to the salon with my daughter. I freaking love this place! My daughter has really thick curly, frizzy hair and she came out of that place with her hair straighter than I have ever seen it! We used the hair mask that she recommended us and our hair came out so beautiful, looking healthy and full of life like I don’t even know what to say! They are so friendly and welcoming. We talked and laugh and they even offered me some coffee… I am truly grateful and will absolutely be coming back! Love this place!
