Where is Carmela now ? Somebody know if she have a new salon or still working ? She is the best 💕

My mother has been going here for years. Carmela has always been good to my mom and my mom is a loyal customer. Carmela has recently been leasing or letting someone else use the salon. My mom went and the woman said she slightly raised the price. My mom was like ok that's fine. As a former hair stylist my mom knows they have to pay the owner. Once the cut was done the woman charged my mom THREE TIMES what Carmela usually charges. My mom was both shocked and appalled. I understand during COVID there would be slight increase, but three times the regular prices is just too much. She paid it, but she will not return until Carmel is there.

She did my mother's highlights last week and she looked terrific. When asked how she obtained that vivid color Carmela responded she uses the very best colors which she purchases directly from Europe. Her work is excellent and at literally half the price of other salons. What a find for me and my family!!

Fast service. I have been a customer for years and love Carmela so much that I travel from NJ.

50 years in business! Reasonably priced. I can get my nails done at the same time.
