AMAZING PLACE TO RENT OFFICE SPACE IN ABQ!! I have rented all over this city, by far the best experience. Wished I would have found sooner. Management is amazing & responsive. Common areas are always clean, and being updated. Great parking available. I have seen comments indicating internet is not good- have NEVER had a problem connecting or sending tons of emails with large attachments. Also, have not experienced any insects - worked in building all hours of the day and night, that said it's' not new construction so, most likely a bug or two will happen.. Great Value and Space! Don't pass this one up, super convenient to commute from anywhere in ABQ.

How clean it is: There are cockroaches, spiders, and crickets running around the office constantly, and one of the bad parts about it is that there are crickets constantly cricketing inside the wall, and you can do nothing about it. If they're not dead lying on the floor, then they're dying while on the floor. The owner sprays some chemical constantly and it smells horrible, and as said, there are dead bugs all over, it does not look good when a client walks in.. Internet: The internet is very important for most people with businesses for obvious reasons, such as posting advertisements, keeping up with competition, etc. It's unreliable, the internet is just plain horrible. This WAS a quality project that has, sadly, been allowed to fade away as present management (babysitter) has not updated the services offered this century. There are several complexes available that offer more modern facilities and services.

Internet access was USELESS to the point our office was unusable for our business. The issue was never remedied, yet we were required to pay $3000 in rent to fulfill our contract. This is WRONG given that they didn’t fulfill their contract with us by providing dependable internet access. We tried to get them to fix the problem numerous times and finally had to set up a home office while still paying rent for a useless office at Carlisle Office Center. UNETHICAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
