Carl J. Milano, DMD / Fredric C. Mazza DMD Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I am irrationally terrified of dental procedures. Today was the second time I’ve come to Dr Mazza and Dr Milano’s practice for wisdom tooth removal. I wish I remembered the assistants name because she was absolutely amazing with explaining everything she was doing and making me feel more relaxed. The doctor as well was direct and explained everything he was doing. I have a fractured tooth that is getting fixed once I heal from this visit and he was so understanding and did an amazing job not going anywhere near it. Never did they make me feel embarrassed about being afraid or waiting so long to have this done. I highly recommend them.

This is my second visit and I could not be happier with the staff and the doctor. Instead of simply pulling my tooth and making his money, he listened and provided another option to investigate first. I still may need my tooth pulled, but because of his response...I trust him.

This place was great! I had an infected tooth that had to get removed and went here and had a great experience overall. They were completely honest with me. I’m still debating if I want an implant or not, for my back molar. They told me to wait on getting the bone graft until I was completely sure that I wanted to get an implant. I appreciate that honesty. I feel like most places would have told me it was necessary overall to gain more money, but not this place. They were honest and I appreciate that. Staff was great and comforting. I highly recommend :)

The office staff are impatient and unfriendly. I was trying to schedule a follow-up appointment. The receptionist was giving me information that was confusing. I asked multiple times for a clarification but she repeatedly cut me off, did not listen and therefore were unable to answer my questions. Then I was put on hold and disconnected. I called back, spoke to another receptionist who said the first person had answered my questions, and when I wanted to ask for clarification, she cut me off. Both receptionists were short and rude. Finally I spoke to the dentist. Luckily I did. The information the receptionists were giving me was wrong. It was fortunate I was persistent in asking for a clarification in spite of their rudeness. In general when dealing with the front desk they are not cheer

Dr. Milano and Dr. Mazza are the best oral surgeons they are so nice. They explain everything as they go. They are very patient if you are nervous don't be you will have the best experience. I recommend either of them 100 percent. Also their staff is very friendly and the nicest ever. I thank all of them for the care I get from them.
