Carl Eckman Hair

I have been going to Carl for 5 years now and his talent with hair is top notch. I have tried different hair lengths and colors and always leave the salon feeling fabulous about the way my hair looks. I would trust Carl with anything he wanted to do with my hair! To make matters even better Carl is a wonderful person in addition to being a fabulous hairdresser .

Carl is awesome!!!! I have been going to him for years (won’t say how many!)! He stays relevant and up to date and he always gives me a new look but not too different from what I’m used to. And it’s really FUN! to be in there for hours when you’re getting your hair cut and colored :-) He is a very experienced, very intelligent hair stylist and you can trust him with your hair and your friendship!

I have been going to Carl for 22 years and he is amazing! He is so talented and he takes a sincere interest in each of his clients. He offers suggestions but is also willing to listen to what I want and to spend quality time showing me how to style my hair. I would not trust my hair to anyone else.

I have followed Carl and have been friends with Carl for many, many years now. He definitely knows how to cut hair, and his brother, Jim, the colorist - you just can't beat them! My favorite location for Carl is where he is now in Peachtree Hills. Love all the folks there - very casual and relaxing atmosphere. Good conversations. Carl is a real gem! He's the best!

Carl Eckman has been my hair stylist for almost two years, and I can enthusiastically recommend him and his brother, Jim who does color. Carl listens carefully, provides suggestions, and skillfully crafts what the customer wants. My hair is somewhat difficult with some natural wave and unnatural cowlicks, but Carl is able to make me look my best. In addition, J Michelle Salon is a warm, comfortable salon where everyone is made to feel so welcome and where conversation is lively and at times hilarious.
