I had a session with Caroline while she was in Michigan for the holiday and while I have had massage before, I have never had craniosacral therapy before and what an experience it was! It was so gentle and yet the feelings of safety and being at complete ease in my own body was a profound moment for me. I had this wonderful sense of relaxation and freedom to just be present, without expectations. Her work allowed me to step out of the whirlwind of my own mental chatter and I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone wanting to tap into a greater sense of physical and mental well being both.
