Kiana is 100 percent the best! She is so kind and knowledgeable. First time I have sat in a chair and didnt feel judged and totally felt heard. The place is phenomenal as well and I love that the area to get your hair washed is so calming. Kiana has earned a forever customer.

I’ve been going to Carbon for 3 years and I can confidently say that Jaelyn is seriously amazing. She always gives me exactly what I want while still keeping my hair healthy. She’s done amazing every time going blonde and even when I did purple(then back to blonde again lol). I’ve had bad experiences with other stylists not listening, but Jae always gets it. If you want blonde or color, she’s your girl. I came in yesterday with spit ends, grown out roots, and black/pink box dye, but she took the challenge and did amazing as always. Everyone at Carbon salon is always so sweet.
