Got a pedicure in 35 minutes, I really just wanted my cuticles cut and cleaned. No polish o anything. I like that they set the timer for the appropriate amount of time for the massage. I got the second option for pedicure but to me it just seemed like what other places call a regular pedicure without the upcharge. My toes looked almost the same after the 35 minutes.. Salon was clean and gloves where used during the service. There's a sign that says they're not responsible for anything 4 days after service. I've never seen that one before I'd be wary...

I had bleeding and Pain for a month. I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at a nail salon. During my visit, one of the technicians, who I believe started with the letter "A," was particularly careless while cleaning my nails. She used the drill so aggressively that she ended up scraping down to the flesh of my nail. This caused me excruciating pain that lasted for a month, affecting my sleep and daily life. I felt like I was being tortured. Despite my repeated pleas that it hurt, she continued using the machine without concern for my discomfort. Eventually, the pain became unbearable, and I had to stop her, refusing to let her touch my nails any further. I even took a picture to document the damage. Do not get gel/dip/etc removed here. I went last night to get my builder gel removed and my nails are now so thin that had to trim them all the way down as soon as I got home, because some were bending back. They are destroyed. This was a go to local spot for me to get a basic mani/pedi, but unfortunately, it does not seem like there is proper training on removal of gel/dip. I had spent months regaining nail strength of my natural nails, and now I will be starting over again. I could feel the nail tech pressing too firmly with the drill, and I pulled away a bit and said something. She barely soaked them, and mostly just used the drill to remove. Then she was buffing them out after and I said they are already very thin and showed her, however, she said it was fine. I am so disheartened and

got my nails done by henry and it was a very enjoyable experience! super relaxing and he did a great job. he was very complacent with my requests and was really detail oriented. he even gave me a discount at the end of my appointment. definitely coming back!

Henry, who did my nails fell asleep while doing my nails. It was the worst job ever. The nail polish was all over and under every one of my nails. When I put my hand inside the LED light, it was burning! He then used the electric nail file to file every one of them because they are so messy! I had them done last Wednesday, so it’s been 4 days and they’re all coming off. I can’t believe I paid to get myself a horrific experience…. My honest opinion, don’t come here!
