I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment and distress regarding the service I received at your salon yesterday with Courtney. I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and fully understand that mistakes can happen in our industry. However, what occurred during my appointment went far beyond a simple mistake and into negligence and unprofessional conduct. Before we began, I communicated to Courtney that I process very quickly and explicitly asked that my foils be closely monitored and rinsed between sections to avoid over-processing and damage. She agreed to this plan. In the middle of her doing my hair, another client arrived, and my foils were never rinsed in between sections. Anna is amazing inside and out! She did an amazing job and i will forever be grateful for her! I have never loved my hair more since before getting my hair extensions. She did a phenomenal job!
