Capri Salon by Mailee

I had a bad experience with my hair coloring here. I had gotten my hair dyed brown at a couple months ago and I asked Mailee to fix the red that was happening in my hair, and showed her photos of the brown that I wanted. I emphasized multiple times that I want my hair to still be brown, and to just remove the red. We agreed upon this, and afterwards I am leaving with completely black hair which she claims is “brown”. I added a photo of the brown hair she claims she gave me. I went back to tell her I am not happy and also called her - to which she tells me I am confused and don’t know what I want, and that “we talked for 30 minutes before my appointment” - none of which are true and she continued to argue with me. Mailee has been cutting my husbands hair for a while now. He is very particular about the style and she always manages to get it just right. It always fits his head shape I personally love seeing him come home with his fresh cut! One time I visited and last minute and on a whim decided to trim my hair. When asked about women’s haircut price I was floored it was between $45-50. I had Chaz cut my hair and she did at minimum the same but truly better than the other salons I pay over $100 for. When asked for style I stated a few things plus asked for her recommendation and even months after I am still very satisfied with the way my hair is growing out. Highly recommend both ladies and the salon. They will have my husbands and my business when it comes to hair related matters!

I have been to this salon about 5 times now and have seen a different stylist each time. Every one of them has done a incredible job with my hair! The two things I love the most is that they take their time when they wash your hair, its almost like getting a head massage, and they are so GENTLE when blowdrying my hair. I think they do a good job of listening to what you want but also giving direction when needed so you get the best outcome. Will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone and anyone!

I went to Mailee after admiring a friend’s cut and color. She has been a customer for decades and I’m sure I will now be too. After an initial visit where I got a cut by Mailee that I loved, I returned when I finally was brave enough for my fist professional color. (I’m not young 😉) . I was very nervous and Mailee’s stylist Mimi was just as incredible. She color corrected my hair, conditioned, toned, and then highlighted it. I will never do it myself again. I love my new color that better suits my skin tone and will be easier to maintain than my own method. Mimi was great and I also felt In the care of Mailee who checked on me even while she was busy with other customers. I will be the mother of the bide in a few months and I feel confident that my hair will look good with Mailee and her

Inexperienced people doing hair cut. If you want business to grow please have experienced or have the customer wait till the experienced one is free. Things like this spoil the business. Especially if you know the customer is first time, try to attend to him the best. Tried first time, never going back again!!
