I normally go to a different stylist, but he was booked—so based on great reviews, I reached out to this salon. I submitted a request online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the owner, Ralph, within 30 minutes! He even accommodated me the very next morning by coming in at 7 AM just to fit me in—amazing customer service. The salon is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Ralph is an absolute sweetheart and takes the time to ask questions, explain what he’s doing, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I left feeling happy with the results and truly appreciated how he went above and beyond. Thank you, Ralph—so glad I tried this place!

I had a wonderful experience at Capozzi & Co. Salon Inc. in Sayville! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt warm, inviting, and comfortable — the perfect setting for a great haircut. My stylist, Bilma, did a phenomenal job. I gave her full reign to do what she felt would best suit my look, and I am extremely happy with how it turned out. Even though she is one of their apprentices in training, she was just as professional, confident, and skilled as a seasoned stylist. I felt completely comfortable in her hands the entire time. He brings talent, professionalism, warmth and openness to his clients, with the end results of a beautiful long lasting cut, some education and lots of smiles in the process.
