Capitola Village Massage

Just got a massage here by Winnie, she gave a relaxing massage and found all my problems areas instantly. She definitely worked on my knots but I left relaxed and not in pain. Her space was clean and comfortable, with heating pads on the tables, hooks for personal items, and soft calming music. I will definitely be back again!

Place smelled like cigarettes , no intake about what kind of massage , pressure or injuries. The lady that massaged me stepped out of the room to ANSWER THE PHONE my back was just being rubbed on the whole time no type of pressure or technique. On top of that still tipped both people 20$ when I did not enjoy any part of my massage! Do not recommend this place

Winnie has been my masseuse for over two years. She is always pleasant, friendly and keeps and clean and tidy place. When she does not have clients, she is usually working on perfecting her english language skills. It's been fun to see them improve over the years! I enjoy supporting this small business owners commitment to growth and health :)

The owner is very shady, Unprofessional and rude. Yes like other reviews said they only ask for cash and she demand a $20 tip.I will not go back there. There are many more places here that will treat you better and have better massage too. I was there earlier today and there was a disagreement about the mask and how you wear it, she was very rude, so I left and I wrote a review but then she replied to my review saying we don't do that kind of massage!! I'm confused what are you talking about lady?! What kind of massage? The problem was the mask between us and I left your place. What is that you're talking about?! Is that kind of a game or what?

To start it was a terrible massage. They never told us cash only, ended up walking around for 20 minutes afterwards looking for a functioning ATM. Finally found one, and then she complained that the tip wasn’t enough (keep in mind it wasn’t tip worthy to begin with) she went on an on how others tipped 3x that. Room was cold, didn’t hit the one knot I mentioned I was there for, and overall immature unprofessional behavior. Save your time, save your money.
