Capital Nails

I’ve been coming here for years! The people have always been friendly and my experience has always been good! But today the lady done more than I asked and made my nails feel brand new! I’m always pleased with the service here!

I have been to this nail salon several times. I have had more bad experiences than good. Today the nail technician wasn't friendly. She rushed with the pedicure even though I was the only person there. She didn't remove the dead skin from around the toe nail even though she cut me several times. When I told her, she acted as I was bothering her. Don't waste your time or money.

I went the day before Mother’s Day and I was there early. When I arrived and sat down there were probably like 6 people waiting but they was getting them people in and out and when I say less than 30 minutes less than 30 minutes !!! They was just touching people and doing the next customer not onceeee did I see them sanitize anything down !!! They didn’t wash there hands after touching feet and hands no nothing!!! Just kept moving with each customer so when they got to me I was like I’m not gone worry about it because I didn’t want to make a big fuss I just wanted to get what I needed done and leave being it was last minute and I had to work the same day!!! I asked for a sunflower on four of my nails and regular gel on the others. I provided pictures to show what color nails I wanted and what kind of flower. Instead of telling me they cannot do designs well, they drew four crooked lines and dots. I asked to redo only the nails with the flower and the lady and man both got a really nasty attitude saying that I can’t bring in photos because they do not do exactly like the photos. I said that was ok but i just wanted a nicer looking flower. She ended up messing up on the second design attempt and I just left with an unfinished design. It would have been nicer if they just told me they weren’t experienced with designs then I would’ve gotten a plain color with no issues. My little cousin and I came here for her birthday. There were only two people working. We were waiting for over 45 minutes while one woman was sitting on her phone instead of doing our manicures. They were moving extremely slow, taking over an hour on one woman’s nails. I usually love coming here but this is unacceptable.
