Joy is amazing! She truly listens and only does what you ask. I wanted to keep my length and Joy gave me the perfect dusting to where it’s still long but my layers are freshened up. It looks healthy & bouncy! Will be seeing Joy again.

Joy was quite a “joy” to meet and I am so happy I found her salon after hours of research. I have color treated hair that has been prone to breakage from years of bleaching. I also have been struggling to find a hair stylist that is knowledgeable about layered hair cuts. Joy spent the first 5-10 minutes consulting on my hair and listening to my issues. She gave her recommendations and we moved to a lovely shampoo/head massage and then hair cut. She dried my hair and then returned to make final cuts with her shears. She finished with some quick waves with her curling iron. Amazing! Please check Joy out! She’s sweet and personable and knows her way around hair!!

From the booking process, to discussing what I wanted and how she could work with my hair, all the way to the final result—everything was seamless. She did an INCREDIBLE job on my balayage, it blends so beautifully and I’m obsessed with the results! The color is absolutely perfect and adding a haircut to the appointment really brought it all together. Her years of experience truly shine through in her work! If you’re in the DMV, I 100% recommend going to Joy for your hair, you will not be disappointed! I’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my future hair needs.

Joy is fantastic. As a new client, she asked so many questions about how my hair works in different conditions, how I treat it day to day, and my expectations. It yielded the just fantastic hair cut I was hoping for. Husband loved it too :)
