I would leave zero stars if I could. I told Kim that I wanted my hair to lay on my shoulders and long layers. My hair is so short that it barely moves if I shake my head. I can't even pull it up for work anymore. Idk what im going to do now. I will never and I mean never return to this place again. She did not listen to what I wanted.

Took my wife to Heidi and we found our new favorite place for her to get her hair done. She did an amazing job and the conversations were fun and rememberable. 5 stars all across the board.

My husband took our son to get a haircut and the same way he walked in with a head full of hair he walked out!! With a head full of hair !! She cut his ear, and didn't trim his sides nor the back she never used a razor nor a trimmer machine, his hair was still standing up he had patches and antennas all over his head. I was livid my poor boy he had to get a buzz cut for his b-day party he was so sad. I am never ever taking him back this is why my husband also did not give her a tip he also was furious!!

Heidi did amazing with my hair! I was super comfortable and the atmosphere was great.

I have been going to Kara @ capelli for years now.. she's great and understands what I like. Very flexible with schedule and affordable
