Great store! I always find everything I need for barber and beauty supplies in one place. They have a wide selection of products, original brands, and fair prices. The staff is super friendly and really know what they’re talking about. Definitely coming back and highly recommend Capelli Beauty.

These people are horrible, I went there to buy a trolley, I've been there customer for over 10 years, my 5 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and they denied it. She was not able to hold. They lost a customer for life, and all my employees as well. I'll may sure everyone I know learn about this.

I used to by all of my hair dryers and flat irons from there. Over the years they have really went downhill with their customer service. I hadn’t been there for a few years because of this. I decided to give them one more try. I bought a hairdryer for almost $400. It stopped working after 2 months. I brought it back and they said they can’t do anything about it. Really?!?!?! A $400 hairdryer should last longer than 2 months. This is why I will never go back and Amazon is taking over the world. I try to support small businesses but it’s hard when they literally don’t care about their customers.

The selection? Marvelous. The quality?! Unmatched. The prices??? To die for..! The obscurity?? Ingenious... I have nothing to say about Capelli's aside from an eternal continuity of the same endless, undeserving but greatly deserved praise and acclaim this DIVINITY made into physical form effortlessly inspires!

My fist time here , they’re amazing and the staff helped me to find everything I was looking for definitely recommend it, I lost everything after hurricane Helene and I was able to find everything I was looking for a can open tomorrow if I want , thank you !!!!
