If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I called to make an appointment on a Sunday and there was only one lady working there and no one else in the salon. She RUSHED my nails, painted them so sloppy and now that they’re falling off, the pinky one is attached to my skin and extremely painful to try to pull off.

Just took my daughter as a bday gift. Toes and nails. She was incredibly happy great service, great atmosphere, great team 10/10

I just had a wonderful experience at Cape and nails! The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I got a gel pedicure, and I didn’t love the color I selected. They were very kind and allowed me to change to something I truly enjoyed. Thank you very much Kate and nails!

Gel manicure and regular pedicure= $85 OUTRAGEOUS! I am from NYC and happened to be in Gloucester for the weekend. Decided to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure...I almost died when they asked for $85 at the end. This is before tip.... The cheapest pedicure is $40. That's insane...there seems to be only 2 options....had I known, I would have opted out. And 1 week later the manicure started to chip...and I am no hard on my nails.... The place is clean, and the people who work there are pleasant enough...definitely nicer if you are a regular though... I should have done more research before I decided on this place...but it got really good reviews...guess they are not always accurate! LOL

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we so look forward to being pampered and relaxing. Sheri, Violet and Daniel are wonderful!
