After about the thousandth time that my wife told me my skin was a disaster and that my forehead had more deep lines than the Grand Canyon, I relented and let her book me an appointment to get a PRP facial and some botox. Since it was my first time with any of this kind of thing, I was very, very nervous but I have to say that my experience at Cape Fear Skin Solutions was excellent. Leigh talked me through the whole process before she started and eased my nervousness with her laid back and humorous personality. Overall the end result was nothing short of amazing. I have been to several other places for treatment and they do not compare at all!! I had Leigh do Botox, lip and cheek filler and I could not believe my results!
