Cape Cod Times home delivery is a joke! The carriers are now refusing to exit thier vehicles so they will toss the paper anywhere it ends up. The parking lot, sidewalk, however NEVER INSIDE THE BUILDING ENTRANCE, like it has been done for years. If you call they will give you excuses and apologies for an issue that they can't correct. In some areas they are working with the USPS to deliver the paper. Note that if you try another paper like The Boston Globe or USA Today you will get the same carrier for all the papers. They all say they will contact the carrier directly and the managers and will correct the problem in a timely manner. They will give you promises that cannot keep. I have called 4 times to get my paper delivered in Orleans and still nothing. I was just on hold for 50 minutes and the call was dropped. This is AWFUL customer service. I would love to get this paper delivered like in the good old times but it seems to be impossible in 2020. Love the content of the paper online but nothing beats a Sunday morning coffee with paper in hand.

Delivery is a service that this paper is not capable of doing. I get a paper just about every other day and if you call to complain you get the same message "your complaint has been recorded and you will receive a credit thank you for calling". Try to figure out where and when you get a credit. Not possible! Frustrating.

Disappointed w/ the customer service and delivery. I enjoy getting the paper on the days I don't work but the whole process works only about 50% of the time. Last week I finally got someone who took a lot of time trying to help me. It finally APPEARS to be working

Totally dishonest company!! I signed up for a 1 year digital subscription. I did not authorize anything past that and they did not have any credit card information on file. However unfortunately they kept me in billing even though I never authorized it and now they want me to pay for a service I never used. Poor business practices.
