I went there twice, and both times I had problems with tips. The first time I felt so embarrassed because they work with cards, but they ask for tips in cash only. I barely use real cash! The receptionist was so mad that I gave the tip on debit. Months later I went there again and brought cash. I left the tip in the room when I walked out. The cashier bothered me once again asking where the tip was. I said [where it was], and she spoke in a foreign language with someone before I left the place. Although I didn't understand what she said, it was clear that she confirmed with someone that my tip was in the room. I never came back. The Massage itself was flawless but they are way too aggressive about cash tips. Massage 9/10, Customer care 1/10.

Today was My boyfriend and I,4th time going. I usually have Peter who is wonderful but today Peter worked on my boyfriend. And I had a different guy. I’m very disappointed. I left in pain and not relaxed like usual. I have major shoulder issues and massages help a lot with releasing pain and relaxing the muscle. Not today 90 min combo ( body/feet)massage of only pain and when I said it hurt he didn’t understand me. I also never got my feet done because he did the entire 90 min working my neck & shoulders ( hurting me)&only took a few minutes with my back and legs! Extremely disappoint with service today!

yes, they work hard there but my significant other was there got a massage. Left the tip with the front desk like a lot of people do and the lady that gave him a massage scurried out behind him saying hey no tip, where’s my tip, but he left it at the front desk and she said oh I’m sorry ha ha but that’s just embarrassing and rude to do to chase someone out of the place causing a scene and I’m being serious when I say I’ve seen this happen personally when I’ve been there before myself, so I called the manager to discuss what happened. He said well they do good work and we’re just trying to explain to people that they have the option to leave a tip & said I’ve personally went after people just to let them know that they can leave tips and he said it doesn’t happen all the time and I said wel

I had some serious pains in upper shoulders and my lower back I did a 1 hr full body massage and let me tell you it was the best massage I ever gotten!!! The guy he was very skillful has excellent techniques immediately I could feel the pains disappearing and my body felt free and relaxed. The night i slept really well even my breathing improved no more fatigues. Thank you so much !!

I like places like this. You get to choose how much time you can afford. The only thing that's challenging is the lack of communication that you can have with the person taking care of you. Everybody is very kind and when I had mentioned that I wanted to have somebody that I could speak with they of course said that they would talk to the person if it was something specific. I would love to get a longer massage however I feel that communication is necessary. I will continue to go back for a quick fixes. Until I have somebody I feel truly comfortable with. No matter what that person did a great job for the 30 minutes that I did on the chair. A lot of pressure point which is what I had needed at the time.
