Canyon Lake Massage Therapy

Completely unprofessional environment. I booked a 60min full body massage. I arrived to my appointment 15min early. Once I checked in the front desk lady runs me to a room. Yes runs. She puts me in a room tells and tells me to lie on my stomach. She comes back into the room that’s when i realize wait is this lady on a call. Turns out she was on a personal call while having her phone on speaker. She offers me free acupuncture, which I thought was odd but ok I’ll run with it. Let’s not forget the fact that every time she walks through that door she leaves the door WIDE open leaving me completely exposed. After the 3rd time of her doing that I finally snapped and asked her to pls stop leaving the door open leaving me complete exposed for the other clients (which at the time where all MEN) to

Great last minute massage. Very accommodating and helped with my neck and shoulder pain.

We booked a couples massage and when we got there we were told a lady came in late so they could take one of us first. We ended up in separate rooms with our massages starting 50 minutes apart (so I had to wait 50 minutes to go inside and my girlfriend had to wait 50 minutes for my massage to end to leave) and that was not communicated to us at all upfront, otherwise we would've rebooked. Neither of our massages lasted the full hour and they didn't listen when we asked for deeper pressure. It was not a relaxing environment at all with people talking loudly and doors slamming. All of the staff were very nice but we were overall underwhelmed and will not be returning.

Good massage but charged us extra when we said 30 minutes instead of 90 minutes

I recommend making an appointment. They have very nice,relaxing clean rooms. The staff are all excellent at medium and deep tissue, which is what we choose. Prices are exceptional, and they also offer acupuncture. But you need to book in advance to make sure that specialist is in. They offer weekly appointments if you wish to be a regular. I recommend this place.
