The best halotherapy and salt room I’ve experienced to date. I was so impressed!! Laura is so nurturing and we felt so taken care of. My mom and I went here for a self-care date for 1pm session and I’m so glad we did. I left with my mood feeling elevated, and energy clear. We both nodded off for about 20 mins and it was so needed. The chairs were comfy and she gives you a blanket to cozy up with (it’s not super cold or warm, pretty comfortable). My sense of wellbeing noticeably improved, and while I’m not sick, I felt my sinuses and lungs feel better. This truly felt like rejuvenated rest. I will be definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough how fantastic this experience has been for my family. My daughter (3) has struggled with respiratory issues, relying on the nebulizer for every sign of a cough. This year was my sons (1.5) first winter in daycare so we were prepared for the same round of week after week sickness. We have been making a habit of coming to Caney every 2 weeks as a family and after 2.5 months of consistently going, I can confidently say it has MADE A DIFFERENCE! Th Kids salt room is a must try. As a dad of a 3 yr old and 1.5 year old its something weve added into our routine almost every other week. We heard about Caney in the Fall of 2025. Decided to bring our little ones to see what it was all about. It has significantly helped with any congestion and breathing issues/colds for the kiddos. We also try to make it a must to visit after any kids gatherings, parties or at the first sign of potential sickness. This winter in particular has been mostly illness free and my 3 yr old has not needed any intervention for any breathing issues(has previously shown signs of asthma). We had such a wonderful experience bringing our toddlers to the salt cave. The customer service was exceptional, so kind, patient, and accommodating with little ones. It was an easy drive from the South Shore and absolutely worth it. The space felt both healing and fun, and the kids took the best nap afterward. We’ll definitely be back.
