Candler Nails

I have been a loyal customer for the past ten years, visiting faithfully every two to three weeks. I have always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and service. (Never going back) However,I contracted a fungal infection on both my nails and toes. This appears to be due to inadequate sanitation of equipment between customers. Please be aware of this issue, as I believe it is critical that all equipment is properly sterilized after every use!

The best pedicures you’ll ever receive!! I have yet to find a shop to top them.. they don’t rush and it’s always perfect! I love my nails most times.. it’s a few in there that need an update on shaping and things but 98% of the time I don’t have an issue!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I don’t know where to start or what to say except stay away. I asked for an ombré nail and JHON said he could do it. As he was working on my nails I told him it’s looking crooked and more like an ugly French; he said it’s like this at first. But it never got better! They charged me the full price, they were so disrespectful and very unprofessional. They wouldn’t refund me my money and told me to go find a better nail salon. I am so disappointed!!!! I went in Saturday morning for ONLY a polish change on my natural nails with design and a few hours after I left, my nails were chipping. When I returned and the gentleman began removing the rest of the damaged polish, I noticed more nail polish lifting, but the tech said there was nothing he could do unless I agreed to get acrylic. I explained I was letting my nail bed rest, but he still refused to correct the damage. I totally did not expect the outcome I received, but you live and you learn!! Needless to say say, I will not be returning and wish to warn others as well! Here is how I left this shop, as the gentleman refused to correct HIS imperfections, yet still charged me.....TWICE. Once on the initial visit AND he charged me to fix what was not properly done to begin with!

I don't know where to begin. Stay away. I live in the area and saw decent reviews, so I thought I would give it a shot. I don't get my nails done often, but I wanted to treat myself and spend a little. Before I got into the shop, I saw a note that said they only do gel polish. That alone should have stopped me, but it didn't. I brought a couple of pictures hoping to get help as to prices, etc. There was a little man in the front who seemed to be more focused on entertaining the 1 client they had, telling jokes about very inappropriate topics. There were 2 more ladies and a baby near the front. I looked around and walked back out. The little man then closed and locked the door, attempting to be funny to the 1 client in there.
