Over the years quality has gone down. The work is sloppy. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt 3 times now and with every time I get more disappointed. Instead of caring for people who return, they cut corners. My nails today looked liked my children did them. Judge pictures for yourself! Yes, I asked for gold chrome, but she tried convincing me it looked like the picture I gave her! Shame!!

I've been coming here for several years now and it's the best nail salon I've been to. It's a very quiet and calm environment and they ladies there are very nice and dedicated to their work. Everything is clean and the ladies take the time to get the details right. I also always relax best during their pedicures. Prices are slightly more expensive than regular nails salons, but the price shows in the quality of the product.

I can't understand any of the negative reviews. Canaan Spa is the absolute BEST spa that I have ever used for receiving a double-gel manicure and pedicure! I accidentally stumbled upon Canaan Spa more than 3 years. Since then, I have been completely won over by their skill, professionalism, cleanliness and extreme sensitivity throughs a customer's needs! I have also enjoyed occasional full body massages there on those rare occasions that I have found time to pamper myself. All of the girls who work there are incredibly professional and very sweet. Whether you get Rina, Jenny, Candi, Anna, Bebe, Vicki, Wendy or anyone that I might have missed mentioning , you will not be disappointed. I just got my gel powder done yesterday. The girl who did my nails was super rude and impatient. She rushed me to choose the colors. I haven't chosen a color and she started to file my nails and kept rushing me to give her a color. I told her I want two colors and asked for recommendations. She was like why don't you just have one color. I said to other staff that I felt being rushed by the girl. At one point she even crossed her arms and stared at me when I was choosing the color. Very poor service and I'm super disappointed at the giltter I got because I wasn’t given time to choose colors and was rushed out the whole time. This my first gel powder experience and the worst nail salon experience ever.

I was a walk in looking for a manicure, I said it was my first time there, I heard someone say oh God, listen I'm new to the neighborhood looking for a new spot, guess what I won't be coming back! The technician barely even acknowledged me, didn't say anything to me except for cut short and quick dry, she didn't even do a good pedicure, basically cut my nails and painted them!, when someone tells you it's their first time there, don't you want to make a good impression?? I wasn't even offered extra services like would you like a spa or anything! Done
