Staff is rude and disrespectful to customers, and the salon is FILTHY. I left a message in the morning to make an appointment for my son to have a haircut. Someone called me back within 2 hours, and when I tried explaining that we had never been there before and how I received a recommendation (literally 10 seconds of talking) the lady rudely cut me off and was like "I don't have time for this", "can you come in at 1:30?" And I said yes, but because no website and no prices are listed anywhere, also asked about the cost of a child's haircut. She said $30, and I was shocked by how high that is for a child's haircut, but nonetheless I agreed. My child needed a haircut and I wanted it to look good, so was willing to pay a bit more for quality. We arrived promptly at 1:30 for our appoint

Michelle has cut my hair for years. I talked to her about a new hair style and she said she could do it. Because she only ever used a razor and chunky thinning shears on my hair, I asked her to watch a video using a carving comb and point cutting with scissors for major texturizing, which she said she watched. I have never left that salon disappointed, but what she did to my hair was beyond disappointing! She called the cut "Edgy", I called it atrocious! Service is supposed to be giving the client what they ask for. If you can't do that, don't try to fake your way through it. Luckily, I found a hairdresser who fixed her mess, and has given me the style I wanted, and I LOVE it! Don't ever settle for alright when you can have awesome!!

Michelle is a talented hairdresser and attentive to great color and highlights for gray coverage. Cut my wavy hair quite well . You ll love this salon.

Michelle is a great hairdresser. Did a wonderful job cutting my hair which a lot of hairdressers were never able to achieve the results she did. Highly recommend her.
