I come here rarely, only in time of desperation. My nail tech is currently on maternity leave and I desperately needed a UV gel removal, and on a whim I decided to stop by after work. The girl that attended me was very unprofessional and unpleasant to be around, and once the removal process began, she used a drill. I was wary from the start, not understanding why a drill was being used when it was just the gel over my actual nail, but I trusted the process. In the removal she drilled down to my actual nail to where it began to burn and I expressed multiple times that it hurt but she didn’t let up. I speak spanish, and tried my best to communicate with her but she refused to acknowledge me. The clear coat I had asked for afterwards wasn’t applied properly or evenly, leaving the job visibly

I received a pedicure yesterday and it was absolutely horrible. Only 1 person spoke English and the person that was doing my pedicure wasn’t one of them she proceeded to cut my cuticle at the top and I didn’t not until she went to apply acrylic on my left big toe then she had to ask another lady to step in because she didn’t know what she was doing then when the acrylic dried she barely filed my toe nail down or shaped it I just looks bumpy compared to my right toe nail. She when she scrubbed my foot she just put soap on the dry sponge no water and barely scrubbed my foot I was in and out less than 45 mins no lotion was applied to my foot after I still have dead skin on my feet and I will not be returning I’m honestly upset!

I usually never write reviews but i’m sort of fed up with this place. long story short if you don’t speak there language you get greeted with an attitude, there’s only 1 person in there that truly knows how to do nails. I’m not trying to be rude but if you don’t speak spanish you’re better off going somewhere else. I was looking at reviews and the people who had some complaints were talked rudely to by camilla’s company. All i’m saying is if your going to have a company in america you shouldn’t be so stubborn towards the people who don’t speak your language as when i come in i greet you with a smile i get greeted with a straight face and a look of anger towards me. also one of the girls completely messed up my hands, cut my skin so many times and didn’t take off the nail polish that was pr

Maria was lovely! She did great. It’s a month later, and my gel nails are going strong. A little bit of Spanish goes a long way as a heads up.
