Cameron Salon

I came to Cameron Salon on two separate days. The first day I met with Hayley for a hair cut. Hayley was the first person I had cut my hair in 7 years. I had a terrible experience 7 years ago so I started cutting my own hair, but since my wedding was coming up I felt like it was important to have it done by a professional. Hayley was great, she put me at ease. And only took off of the ends and touch up the length. She also told me about products that I can use to enhance and protect my curls. Since her product recommendations and trim I find myself admiring my hair much more often and using the products she recommended. The second day I got a pedicure done with Jenn. Very big and spacious salon. The ladies there are all nice and friendly. Can't remember the name of the girl that did my nails but she did a great job. Highly recommended.

Went from a "gingery" strawberry blonde with terrible grow out to the ice blonde as pictured in my review. I moved from out of state not wanting to trust in a new stylist until I found Cameron Salon. Booking online in advance made the process smooth and secured me an appointment. Something that other locations couldn't even communicate and provide. I booked with Alysa L. and I'd trust her with my life. She did a complete 180 on my hair and I walked out a new person. She was honest...which as a blonde I value because it can be hard to attain a level of blonde and not damage, constructive... giving me pointers in fact giving me the urge to go back to bangs, patient... as we were there over 5 hours together, and much more. I’ve been really picky about where to get my hair done, I’ve tried so many salons in Pittsburgh and around, but finally found what I was looking for. Desiree suggested little tweaks to my color that I’d always wanted and knew how to cut my hair, which is baby fine and not easy. She’s really on top of technique and color — no need to drive for hours! This is equal technique without the drive, attitude and cost. She knows how to merge what’s in style with what looks best on you. She listens to feedback and works with you. She’s also really kind, easy to talk to or be quiet with and she gives a good shampoo. I highly recommend her for color, cut and styling.
