Camelback Nail Bar

This experience was awful. I have been getting gel x nails for years. As a customer who has gotten nails done for five years, you know when something feels off or is incorrect. The application process was burning me which has never happened before, and I knew that the lady was doing them incorrectly. The nails are incorrectly placed and crooked. French tip is one of the easiest things to do and she missed that up, each nail is a different width of paint. She was not accurate at all. The nails do not feel comfortable at all some of them lay correctly and she bent some of them and they are completely flat. You can feel the difference if you graze a finger on my nails. My nails feel very uncomfortable and they hurt. The shape is not correct. They are all different lengths and shapes. I read

Terrible. Tried them for a 2nd time hoping it was just that nail tech, I even got a different service (JUST a fill). Their shaping skills are terrible. I asked for a slim square (rectangle) I got Robloxs. The original tech switched with the owner in the middle of my fill to have the owner do my nails. Well.. that also sucked. My nails were so uneven he kept filing them to now they’re military length. I hated this so much I didn’t allow him to finish and polish bc if you can’t file nails evenly why would my French tip come out good? With all this being said I was still charge FULL price for an unfinished service done completely wrong. I would not recommend going here. The owner does not accommodate your money back for terrible service. He just says sorry and takes your full payment. GREE

Absolutely love Camelback Nail Bar! The salon is clean, welcoming, and has such a relaxing vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and talented, and they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails always come out beautiful and exactly what I ask for. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. This is definitely my go-to nail salon — highly recommend!

Best place in town! Tom is incredibly detailed and always does an amazing job with dip manicures, they turn out perfect every time. Aaron is so sweet and friendly, which makes the experience even better. The studio is clean, bright, and well-kept, and everyone there is welcoming. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I came in a few weeks ago to get mani pedis and had such a great experience! Everyone was so nice and Dee did such a great job on my dip manicure!! Definitely will be coming back!
