Kathy fixed my hair from the last horrible cut I got at another facility. I told her what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and she fixed me. I'm very happy. I have way curly hair. I highly recommend! Now I can grow it to the style I am trying to get bc it has the proper layers and texture.

My stylist did an okay job. They did not cut my hair completely with clippers as I asked them to do, but insisted on using scissors. As a result, my hair has grown out of shape much faster than anticipated or usual. If I decide to go back in the future, I will insist as I usually do that clippers be used for the entire process. Other than that, the front staff was friendly as The stylist was. The environment was nice and clean. The shopping list was extremely busy, and I highly recommend you make an appointment first. If you choose to walk in, don't be surprised if you are turned down or told to expect a very long wait time.

Great haircut/color. The price charged was not what is currently listed on their website. At the end of my service, I was told an amount. I brought up their website prices to show the discrepancy. I was told the prices increased in October 2025 and the webpage hasn't been updated. Hard to believe I was the first person to bring this to their attention in the four month since the price increase. It's hard to not feel taken advantage of when this happens. But again, good service was given - just not at the price advertised.

Had Erin cut my hair a few times. This latest appointment she was running 20 minutes behind my appointment. Does good hair cutting but I left comment on her square space and the manager called and said she was cancelling all my remaining appointments. Taking my business elsewhere. Where it's appreciated. Except responsibility for the truth of the matter.

If you’re wanting a new style but anxious about doing/trying something drastic due to bad past experiences or just nervous , give Lauren a try. I have curly hair that is kind of difficult to deal with but Lauren did not disappoint. She went above && beyond. I am mind-blown at how amazing she did. I just can not end this review without mentioning her upbeat && charismatic personality that will brighten anyone’s day. Thank you Lauren.
