Well, visiting family here in Lynbrook, my sister and husband swore by this place. So, based on their recommendation, I made a reservation with Alice for one hour massage. It was great! I’ve been coming to Calmer u for a while now and never had an issue with their services or lack of professionalism ……….until today. I booked a 2pm appointment for a 90 minute massage and was uncomfortable throughout the treatment. My first issue was that I felt like I was being rushed through the massage but most importantly I vocalized to the masseuse multiple times that I was cold. Instead of providing an extra blanket, she proceeded to tell me that my skin didn’t feel cold to her completely disregarding my complaint. Once the massage was completed I proceeded to the front desk to present my concerns to the manager and let’s just say his response was “nice nasty” to say the least. Instead of him being apologetic on behalf of his staff, that I felt rushed through the massage and was cold
