Calm Spa

I booked expecting a standard therapeutic massage, but this did not operate like a legitimate massage therapy establishment. Communication was limited, and the materials and techniques used were not consistent with professional practice standards. There was no assessment, structured muscle work, or evidence of licensed therapeutic training. I would strongly recommend verifying credentials and the nature of services before booking if you are seeking a traditional massage experience.

Found my new favorite spot at Calm Spa. I just tell her how much pressure I like, and they somehow find every tight spot without me saying a word. The place is clean, relaxing, and the prices are great.

I had lunch downtown and decided to get a massage, which turned out to be much better than other places I’ve tried. I had some tightness in my shoulder, and the masseuse, I believe her name was Amy, did an amazing job relieving it. The place was also very clean, which I appreciated. Will be back after another lunch or dinner

Saw Alliance Therapy grand opening so wanted to give it a try. A few things worth mentioning as first time customer to a newly opened spot. - I was very sore from recent athletic activities and went for 90min deep tissue massage. - clean rooms/furniture/beddings, bathrooms all very clean and smelled fresh (unlike some massage places where you stand next to mops) - friendly staff - my back and legs were especially tired so requested to focus on those areas. Very accommodating. 90 min went by pretty fast but for me that was enough. Great outcome and def helped with my soreness and muscle pain. Parking was pretty easy with proper spots. Will visit again for sure.
