I've fixed so many of Laurie's cuts and highlighting clients. She lacks experience in both the cutting and coloring areas..She leaves the hair over processed, damaged and broke..cutting is completely uneven..toning is left brassy. She attempts to cover up hot spots from lightener leaking from foils..then over charges for the damages done..without an offer of compensation. Her experience never went any farther than right where she is..and it shows in the work she puts out and how much business has dropped off..Thank God she's decided to retire and sell the business..Laurie should've stuck to doing flowers..unprofessional and gossipy..

I was satisfied with my haircut, however I was highly disappointed with how I was treated while I was there. I explained that I have a severe anxiety issue, and I know it's not easy to tolerate, but the staff was joking around about who would be "stuck" with me if I ever came back. One woman actually said "I'm glad you got this one" while I was sitting right there.. Totally disrespectful! I can't help my condition. That's why I warned them, and apologized in advance for any stress I may cause them.

Staff is friendly, skilled and professional. My wife and I are both longtime customers because we are always pleased with the quality of the cuts and styles we receive.
