California Pretty Nails

I called at 3;45 pm they said no wait.. I only needed one toe fixed, arrived at 3;58 & 5 people arrived 1 group of people were already here, they let all of them go in front of me, then told me after waiting for 15 mins it was a 30 min wait. They are very unprofessional and VERY RUDE. I would not recommend if you have something to do because they will lie to you & make you late, try at your own risk.

Although the Salon was crowded, people received their services within a 15 - 20 wait without an appointment. The interior of the salin was nicely decorate and they have a small pedicure chair for little queen to be - love it. The artwork reflected the community they serve which was beautiful. The salon is Asian operated, everyone was friendly and the vibe relaxing. Will definitely be back! Shoutout to Wendy :)

Used to get my nails done here all the time until two weeks ago. My gel fill in with cat eye came up to $65. I tipped 5 and totaled it to $70. The man didnt give me a receipt and i didnt mind since I go there so much with no issue. A few days later they falsely put that I tipped $70 which totaled my balance out to $135 on my credit card!!! Then they lie to my bank and say I really paid 135 and didnt provide proof of my receipt! Who pays a $70 tip on a gel fill in when the original nail artist couldnt even do the cat eye and got another nail tech (i think her name was tammy) to do it!? I gave leniency on the fact it was only 3 nail techs and I had to wait two hours. I gave leniency when the man couldnt do my first french tip correctly an give him a chance to do cat eye. Everytime i come here they are always so nice and i love my nails everytime i never have any problems! Their prices are also not expensive compared to other places I love it they get you in and out. Definitely would recommend

I try to never leave a negative review, but this one you have to read Pictures attached. So many red flags 🚩 but I did it anyways. 1st. They are extremely slow 2nd. The cleanliness of this establishment is less then sanitary. 3rd. Professionalism is non existent 4th. COST! Well let’s just say they nickel and dime you to death.
