California Nails

Visiting from NH and I stopped in to get a mani pedi. These ladies are so kind and professional. My nails look and feel great! I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again!!

I had been a customer for a long time. I made an appointment with a particular manicurist. When I arrived, the manicurist was with another customer, I made a noon appointment, I waited and waited. Finally, 40 minutes later, I should have left, the manicurist came over. I asked for a manicure with clear polish instead of the gel I booked. The response I received, was "I can't help it if the customer wants a deluxe pedicure". Couldn't the manager of salon, have someone else help the walk -in customer? I had been a steady customer for years. I had the change particularly thrown at me. I haven't step foot since in this nail salon. There are so many nail salons lots of competition, if you want steady customers, take care of them when they arrive, don't mistreat customers they pay your salaries.

I've been going to California Nails in Norwood for 10+ years. Nan, Kim, and Lisa are wonderful. I'm looking for good basic care and low drama. Some shops try to do too much, especially around the timing of appointments. California Nails is accommodating without the overall flow in the salon suffering. The majority of the clientele have been going there for years and have formed special relationships with the staff. I moved 30 minutes away but still come because I didn't find a place in my new town with the same vibe(I tried 4 salons). California Nails is wonderful💜

What I love about California nails are the nice women that work there. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy with their services. I’ve been to all three technicians and they are equally good so i never feel the need to request a certain one which makes it convenient when I call last minute.

Amazing work done by the nail techs here. They are always very friendly and accommodating to last minute appointments. However, there are not many appointments available at a given time. My gel manicure lasts longer here than it does anywhere else.
