Customer Reviews
I was in a crunch and really needed to get my nails done and they were the only place open on a Sunday. What I asked for versus what I got and not only that was rudely told that the design was the right color black and couldn’t even paint the heart on. They put a decal on it and has a bubble in it and the lid be isn’t even black it’s gray. Was uncomfortable and felt rushed through the whole process. They acted incompetent and like they didn’t know what they were doing. I will not go back and if you want a design done I would not go there. Go to Babylon. They do a great job. Better than this place and I get exactly what I ask for every time. They never disappoint.
I got acrylic nails and toes 2 weeks ago and it didnt look anything like the picture i feel like it was done poorly. The nails are all different lengths and some filed down at an angle. I lost one of the toenails 2 days after getting them done and then 2 more throughout the 2 weeks. I also paid $125 for both which isnt a bad price but the quality couldve been way better and i will say that when the nail tech used the drill to file , my skin was cut and then when they put the top coat on it was burning the cuts.
Best shop I have found in town. They listen to exactly what I would like on my nails and they do a superb job. Very friendly and kind. Also they have the best prices. Facility is clean and sanitary.
Overall, not bad, for a small town. A bit pricey for the lack of service. (I'm use to bigger city salons that offer more personal touches such a drink, taking their time, massages, lotions etc for the same price I pay here). They can be a little rough on the cuticles, bc they are often in a hurry, due to high volume, but again limited people for an abundance of walk in customers, that's to be expected. I have been going for a couple months and am overall satisfied with the work they do on nails, although the pedicures are definitely lacking the attention needed. The pedicures are good for a quick clean up and polish but don't expect a spa like experience with their spa like prices. Will definitely go back bc they are the nearest, most convenient place.
Went her for the first time yesterday, for a mani/pedi. They were great and nails came out so pretty. They were very friendly and talked with customers. They took their time to get nails done cleanly and they look pretty once done. Took a little longer than usual, but worth the wait. The shop was clean, I watched them clean the instruments with soap and water then put in a basket to be sanitized and repackaged. Only downfall is they do not offer wine, but that is okay. Definitely will return.
