California Nails

Went in for a fill, did a terrible job doesn't even look like it was filled just made to look thicker and messed the shape up as well and where he applied started to chip not even two days later. I called to let him know a was dissatisfied and would like a refund he told me he would fix them but was too busy to fix them the day I called, I requested a refund so I could go somewhere else to get them fixed he said he couldn't do that. This is sad for me because it was close to home and I would have be a loyal and reliable customer. Asked for french tip and they look okay from a distance but when you look up close it looks like a child did it. $55 down the drain because I had to soak them off, please beware and don't go to them!

Great people! But when I really looked at my toes the pint wasn’t even on all of my nails. I had to go home and paint them. But again great conversation and great customer service

All I had was a gel set taken off. Tell me why this $12 service cost me $20..??? The man refused to listen to me when I told him it was a gel set. This is something new that salons closer to DC do on a regular basis. But instead he told me maybe I just didn’t understand what I had on my nails. MY NAILS ARE BEAT UP FROM HOW HE CHOSE TO REMOVE IT rather than listening to my input. Immediately not impressed by his lack of professionalism. And to make it worse he chose to very forcefully convey his political beliefs. Maybe try focusing more on listening to the needs and concerns of your customers rather than regurgitating propaganda.

He was very friendly but my nails look terrible, all I got was a simple French tip and looks awful , I’m trying to post a pic but I won’t be going back unfortunately
