Angel Have Been Doing My Nails For 9 years Now And Now I Move To Rowlett I still come to get my nails done by her . she on point and loves to make sure that what ever design i ask for she make it make plus more and her crew is amazing as well.

I got black coffin nails & a pedicure with gel polish. Each nail could belong on a different finger. They are each over filed, shaped differently, & are different length. You can always see that my original nail is wider than the coffin nail he gave me. I was charged $40 for nails that don't even register as coffin shape. The nail tech talk me into getting longer nails but then couldn't even deliver on the coffin shape. I would not let the male nail tech touch anyone's hand. I can not complain about my toes. My mom on the other hand was not so fortunate. Her nail tech couldn't see and had to have another nail tech fix her work. She definitely drew blood while doing my mom's toes. I was not seated by my mom I was seated across the room from her and I could see that she was visibly in pain.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD 😡 I went today to get my nails 💅 done and when I said it was the most horrible experience I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS NAIL SALON EVER AGAIN. So my nails looked ugly bulky and uneven and horrible. My nails were being done by two different people and when one lady saw my nails she made a face cause she knew them nails where ugly and I was so upset so I told her I was not going to pay for the set because it’s ugly and she also realized they where done wrong well when I tried to leave one of the girls yanked my hand and said no I can’t let you leave and started to cut all my nails off cause I refused to pay for the ugly job they did.

Worse experience an very unprofessional. Scraped my foot so hard it started bleeding I screamed that hurt an you made me bleed. She looked at her manager an they started talking in there language an I tired to get up. She put praying hands up an gesture to me about her boss. At this point what does that mean. I was treating my 3 daughters an son this day an myself mind you I haven't felt this being a priority in yrs but I did it anyway as you all are aware these people charge so much but which I didn't mind being that I'm treating my lil family who all works so hard an I noticed this to treat them. But they don't care they just want our money an don't value our us as customers they just see $. So upon payment time I asked are you gonna accommodate my foot bleeding she ignored me so at this

I’m in love with this salon! They provide top A1 service, very CLEAN !! Came here on my birthday and was treated like a queen!! Served wine & the tech gave what was supposed to been giving on both my nails & feet!!
